Ashish Mehta
Founder & Director
The visionary behind Mersaco, Ashish Mehta, brings over 16 years of deep-rooted experience in the chemical industry. His academic journey began in 2007 when he moved to Jaipur to pursue a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from MNIT. He then completed an MBA from NMIMS, Mumbai, in 2009 to sharpen his business and entrepreneurial skills.
In 2011, Ashish laid the foundation of Mersaco. Under his guidance and entrepreneurial drive, the company has achieved significant milestones and established a strong presence in the industry. In addition to his role as Director, he also leads the Sales and Purchase Teams, ensuring seamless coordination and strategic clarity.
He has a keen interest in table tennis and loves to travel and explore new destinations.
Rajendraraj Mehta
Head of Business Strategy
With an illustrious career spanning nearly five decades, Rajendraraj Mehta brings a wealth of knowledge and a broad perspective to Mersaco’s leadership. A Chartered Accountant, LLB, and Commerce graduate, he began his career in 1976 with Caltex/HPCL and has worked with renowned and diverse organisations like Sterlite and Hindustan Engineering Industries. Over the years, he has held top management roles across various industries, building a reputation for strategic insight and business acumen.
He joined Mersaco in 2015, and since then, he has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s direction and driving long-term growth. He heads strategic initiatives in the business and provides invaluable guidance rooted in years of operational and executive experience.
Outside of work, he enjoys reading and engaging in meaningful social interactions, embodying a balanced blend of knowledge and warmth.
Sunita Mehta
Director
A Commerce graduate from the University of Jodhpur, Sunita Mehta, has been a part of Mersaco since its inception and serves as one of its Directors. She leads the company’s CSR initiatives, focusing on giving back to the community in meaningful ways. She enjoys travelling and likes to interact and socialise in her leisure time.
Rashmi Mehta
Vice President, Finance & Accounts
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Delhi University and professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and CFA, Rashmi brings more than 18 years of experience in the finance sector. In the past, she has worked at reputed firms such as SS Kothari and Macquarie.
She joined Mersaco in 2015 and has since played a key role in strengthening the company’s financial foundation, overseeing all Accounts and Finance operations. In her leisure time, she enjoys painting and gardening.
